The first official images of Bane on the set of The Dark Knight Rises have been unveiled online.
The two pictures feature Christian Bale as Batman and more prominently Tom Hardy as the main villain Bane.
The first image sees Bane holding up a photo of the deceased Harvey Dent while standing on top of an armed vehicle.

The second shows Batman and Bane in a scene wehere they are about to square off against each other.

The Dark Knight rises will enter cinemas in July 2012.
