The weekend is upon us once again!
Every weekend, we like to take a look back at some of the things we learned at rukkle HQ over the past seven days…
1. Jack Osbourne Has Been Diagnosed With Multiple Sclerosis
On Monday, Jack Osbourne revealed that he has recently been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. In an interview with People, the former reality TV star and son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne said “I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, ‘Why now?’. I’ve got a family and that’s what’s supposed to be the most important thing”.
Multiple Sclerosis affects the nervous system and impairs muscle control and strength, impairing balance, vision and brain function. Jack discovered he had the disease after going for tests when he lost 60 per cent of the vision in his right eye.
Jack has also told Hello magazine, that following the diagnosis “I got really sad for about two days, and after that I realised, being angry and upset is not going to do anything at this point – if anything it’s only going to make it worse” adding “Adapt and overcome’ is my new motto.”
His mum Sharon delivered an emotional response to the news of Jack’s diagnosis on her daytime chat show The Talk and on Wednesday, during an appearance on the show in person along with his fiancee Lisa Stelly, he told host Julie Chen…
“Honestly, I’m fine. Ultimately that is the toughest thing with this disease that I’m learning – one minute you can be fine, and the next I went blind in my right eye. It’s a completely unpredictable disease.”
2. Johnny Depp And Vanessa Paradis Split After 14 Years
Rumors that Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis had split began in January this year. At the time, Paradis adamantly denied their relationship was on the rocks, telling French television program Grand Journal “Yes it’s false! Of course it’s false,” adding these rumors “can truly harm my family”.
Four months after the story was first reported, while on the red carpet for the London premiere of ‘Dark Shadows’ Depp said “The rumors are not true… They are absolutely not true… No matter what I say about this, people believe the opposite. I can’t say enough about it not being over.”
However, sadly, in the statement released to Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday, Depp’s publicist announced “Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have amicably separated. Please respect their privacy and more importantly the privacy of their children.”
The 49-year-old actor and the French actress, 39, have a 13-year-old daughter, Lily-Rose, and a 9-year-old son, Jack. The family has lived in France, where they generally avoid the Hollywood spotlight.
3. Kristen Stewart Is The Highest-Paid Actress In Hollywood
Twilight star kristen Stewart has topped the 2012 Forbes highest-paid actresses list, making an estimated $34.5 million, knocking Angelina Jolie off of the top spot and beating her Snow White and the Huntsman co-star Charlize Theron, who came in at number five on the annual list.
Forbes.com compiled the list and estimated salaries earned between May 2011 and May 2012, by talking to agents, managers and lawyers and based earnings on pay, profits, residuals, endorsements and advertising work.

4. Prince William Is 30 (and $15.5 Million Richer)
Prince William turned the big three oh on Thursday.
And with his coming of age, the Duke of Cambridge inherited his share of his late mother Princess Diana’s estate, $15.5 million. Diana, who died aged 36 in an August 1997 car crash, left her sons William and Harry the majority of her estate.
As for the birthday celebrations… a source told Us Weekly “Kate [Middleton] had been planning a small dinner party with their friends and some family” to be held at Prince Charles’ countryside house.
