An Aaron Sorkin Self-Plagiarism Supercut #Video

Posted on June 26, 2012 by rukkle

Aaron SorkinIt appears Aaron Sorkin repeats a LOT of his script dialogue.

Between his movies and TV shows, the supercut above contains over seven minutes of repeated lines!

In a trend that appears to continue into Aaron Sorkin’s new series ‘The Newsroom’, editor Kevin Porter has put together a truly eye-opening supercut of reused lines and recurring turns of phrases in the works of Aaron Sorkin.

The supercut, which you can watch in full above, contains clips from each of the following movies and TV shows.

Malice
A Few Good Men
Bulworth
Sports Night
The West Wing
Studio 60
Charlie Wilson’s War
The Social Network
Tom Hanks’ 1993 Oscar speech (for some reason!)

US readers can watch the full first episode of The Newsroom on YouTube here.
